TriMark's Take: The 2023 New England Food Show

TriMark United East was thrilled to attend the 2023 New England Food Show (NEFS) at the Boston Convention Center from April 2-4, offering yet another glimpse into the TriMark experience. United East’s leaders, team members, and vendor partners reconnected with colleagues and customers and forged new relationships and partnerships within the foodservice industry.

TriMark’s 24k sq. ft. booth featured Kintera refrigeration equipment, flatware, glassware, and plates from Premier Collections. The products were displayed in an ongoing demonstration from a Chef serving traditional-style pizza samples. Our booth was an undeniable success with a tasty finish!

Highlighted was Premier Collections’ NEW impeccably designed , described as exceptionally stylish. This uniquely crafted dinnerware shows off subtle textures and unevenly spread oxide spots over organic shapes, coming in two color palettes – establishing the display’s artisan and modern appeal.

On the showroom floor, attendees were met with great conversation, new technology, and delicious food samples from New England eateries: wine tastings, waffles, ice cream, duck, breads, cakes, and more. The showroom was lined with stages hosting a variety of demonstrations from cooking, product usage, and personal and professional development. The excitement among guests was evident as they brought home an abundance of industry information and innovation, full bellies, and of course, freebies!

The show’s success is clear, and we look forward to participating next year at the 2024 show!
