Cali-French Tabletops at L.A.'s Violet Bistro

If there’s a category for heartwarming tales of entrepreneurial perseverance and success in the #hospitalityindustry, Violet Bistro certainly qualifies.

Renowned for her French cuisine, Chef Dana Slatkin and her dedicated team opened the doors to Violet Bistro, #Cooking School, and Shop eight days before the pandemic. Their hard work paid off, and it quickly became one of the hottest neighborhood establishments in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California.

The leafy modern #French farmhouse doubles as a teaching kitchen. It offers cooking classes upstairs in a stunning, bright, and airy space. Things have been going so well that Chef Dana and the team recently launched a lunch service.

When procuring the perfect products, #TriMarkUSA consultant Sarah Rashti was Chef Dana’s choice. They worked together to design a classy yet whimsical tabletop anchored by Premier Collections Alani Oasis blue rim china, Venu Palazzo flatware, and Prescot glassware. Paired with accessory pieces from Churchill, BIA Cordon Bleu, and Steelite International, including a fun custom logo and patterned plates, the spread blends seamlessly with the #interiordesign and comforting dining experience.
