TriMark USA Names James Noonan As Chief Financial Officer

Mansfield, MA - August 26, 2024

We are pleased to announce that James Noonan has been named TriMark's new Chief Financial Officer effective August 26, 2024. He replaces Frank Lordi, who departed the role on August 23. We appreciate Frank's efforts over the past few years and wish him the best in his future endeavors. Frank will serve in a consulting role through the rest of the year, supporting James’ onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, James will be a key strategic thought partner to our CEO, Tom Wienclaw. James will drive company performance and be a huge asset to our EVPs and divisions as we continue to implement our core business principles and practices across the organization. James is yet another dynamic leader that we are excited to bring on to our already deep and talented leadership team.

Prior to joining TriMark, James most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Hollingsworth & Vose for two and a half years. Prior to that, James worked for Suffolk Construction and CRH PLC in a series of roles spanning audit, controllership, and divisional CFO positions. An Irish native, James earned his undergraduate degree in accounting at University College Cork and his MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

"I am excited to be joining TriMark during this period of significant change and opportunity. TriMark's ability to grow its top-line revenue and its strategic position in its key markets makes it a very attractive company to join. During the interview process I got to meet many excellent TriMark employees who were closely aligned on strategic priorities. I am excited to work with the TriMark team in achieving these priorities."
