Karen Vail Appointed to VP of Human Resources

TriMark is pleased to announce the appointment of Karen Vail to Vice President of Human Resources, where she will support the Executive Leadership Team and corporate staff.

Karen brings over twenty-five years of experience to this role, having been an integral part of the TriMark team for eleven years. She initially joined as Human Resources Manager for TriMark United East and then moved to Regional Director, North Region, demonstrating remarkable dedication and expertise. Most recently, Karen served as the VP of HR and Total Rewards, where she played a pivotal role in shaping benefit plan designs, administration, and total compensation. With her years of experience in HR, Karen's wealth of knowledge and leadership skills make her an invaluable asset to our TriMark family.

Karen reports directly to Chief People Officer Andrew Foster, who expresses great enthusiasm and sentiment for her career progression: "A few years ago, I asked Karen to take on the VP of Total Rewards role, where she had a tremendous impact on the Total Rewards team. Under her leadership, the team delivered new important tools and services for TriMark: Dayforce, Job Architecture, Salary Bands, benefit programs alignment, and streamlined payroll – these are some of the many accomplishments she and her team have achieved."
