Customers always line up for the pastries, breads, soups, and sandwiches at Flour Bakery + Café. That’s why expediting the serving line is so important. The bakery has been working with TriMark United East for nearly fifteen years to provide design, project management, equipment, and installation for its four bakeries throughout Boston and Cambridge, MA. 

Project Highlights 

  • Designed kitchen for maximum efficiency and flow 
  • Alto-Shaam Cook & Hold Ovens, Hoshizaki ice machines and Hoshizaki refrigeration, and custom stainless steel 
  • Worked with chefs to find new, more efficient ways of production
