Melting Pot

TriMark United East provided end-to-end support for the Melting Pot restaurant opening in New Haven, CT.

TriMark was instrumental in delivering and installing kitchen, walk-in cooler, and bar equipment. Because of architectural variances, the team needed to modify the kitchen double-tier over shelf, two tables, and all wire shelving. Our team met all operational goals which helped Meling Pot have a successful opening.
