Cosetta

From initial concept to implementation, TriMark United East supported the opening of Cosetta Paninoteca in Fairfield, CT.

Our team designed and installed Cosetta’s front of house and back of house operations, accommodating for unique features like the irregular walk-in, food displays, and point of sales counter, all to help Cosetta do what it does best – serve delicious pizza, panini sandwiches, and coffee creations to the local community.

I think what is unique about our company is that we are dedicated to showing our customers the value that they are getting. If a customer is open on the weekend and we aren’t, that doesn’t prevent us from helping to solve that problem.
