TriMark USA Paul Parr Continues Family Legacy as General Manager of Hockenbergs Division

Mansfield, MA - February 10, 2023

TriMark Hockenbergs will once again be led by a member of the Schrack family. Paul Parr, the grandson of former Hockenbergs owner Tom Schrack Sr., was named general manager for the division, which became part of TriMark in 2017.

“Paul and his family have spent their lives in the business. He is well suited to lead the Hockenbergs team to new heights,” TriMark President Tom Wienclaw said.

Parr joined the company at the age of 17, stocking shelves, cleaning glasses, and performing other warehouse duties. After graduating from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a degree in accounting and marketing, Parr became a part of Hockenbergs’ accounting team. Most recently, he served in the role of vice president of chain services.

“I’ve fulfilled my lifelong dream of following in my grandfather’s footsteps as Hockenbergs’ leader,” Parr said. “I am eager to build upon my family’s legacy and drive the division’s growth. I am thankful to my wife for her support in pursuing my aspirations.”
