TriMark USA Appoints Kris Gustaitis as VP of Total Rewards

Mansfield, MA - May 6, 2024

TriMark welcomed Kris Gustaitis to the role of Vice President (VP) of Total Rewards, effective April 8. He will spearhead the functions of compensation, benefits, , payroll, and HR information systems.

Kris brings a twenty-five-year tenure in HR, most recently from Ameresco, Inc., where he served as the Head of Total Rewards, optimizing benefit, payroll, and commission plans. Previous positions included VP of HR Operations and Payroll at Creation Technologies, Director of Total Rewards, at Hollingsworth & Vose, Senior Manager of Compensations at Clean Harbors, and Director of Global Compensation and Equity at Haemonetics.

Kris’s appointment marks a pivotal moment for TriMark as we continue to fortify our HR functions. Our Chief People Officer, Andrew Foster, will oversee Kris’s position and eagerly anticipates their collaboration:
