Eric Dey Promoted to VP of Construction Services for TriMark SS Kemp

Mansfield, MA - April 3, 2024

We are excited to announce the promotion of Eric Dey to Vice President of Construction Services for TriMark SS Kemp, effective April 1, 2024.

Eric has spent much of his career in project management, joining TriMark SS Kemp in June 2022 after holding numerous leadership positions at The Albert M. Higley Co.  Eric has made significant contributions in 2023. He has implemented and managed processes that have fostered improved day-to-day execution levels allowing us to grow sales and increase profitability. He has worked to develop high-performing teams who have achieved several Estimating and Design sales records under his leadership. In early 2023, the installation team was realigned under Eric’s leadership. It was in a very vulnerable position due to vacant roles. Eric sourced, interviewed, and hired at least four installers within a short time with the Installation Manager's assistance. His professional demeanor, intellect, and level-headed problem-solving approach allow him to lead top-to-top meetings and problem-solve during installs. He also collaborates with his peers in other divisions by sharing our tools and obtaining a better understanding of their best practices. Finally, Eric has given SSK the Construction leadership that was sorely needed to guide, suggest, and deliver construction acumen to all of his teams in the Construction Services area. Eric is the ultimate partner to the business and strives to support his teams in all aspects of their job responsibilities.

Eric possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a minor in Physics from Baldwin Wallace University.

In his free time, Eric and his wife are dedicated to their three children and their sports/events. He loves to spend time with family and friends boating in the Sandusky Bay. He is also a big Cleveland sports fan.
